, a non-profit organization that works to raise awareness and enlist the public’s aid for the needs of injured service members.
The “Warriors Supporting Warriors” Military Appreciation Event will feature five games between Whitesboro and VVS and one game between Whitesboro and Rome. Five of the games will be played at Whitesboro.

The dozens of programs offered by the Wounded Warrior Project
are uniquely structured to nurture the mind and body and encourage economic empowerment and engagement. In recent conflicts, thousands of servicemen and women have been injured. In addition to the many physical wounds, it is estimated that as many as 400,000 service members live with the invisible wounds of war, such as combat-related stress, major depression and post-traumatic stress disorder.
