Come one, come all to Whitesboro High School’s first ever virtual cabaret, the White and Blue Revue! The pre-recorded show will premiere on the District website on Friday, March 26 at 7:00 p.m.
Students spent many hours learning and rehearsing their performances, which were then recorded, edited and compiled into two parts, Act 1 and Act 2. Those two parts will be uploaded to the District website and made available for viewing beginning at 7:00 p.m. on Friday, March 26.
In the White and Blue Revue, students will celebrate a virtual performance of Broadway favorites, comedic monologues, and show tune classics. Our performers will entertain you with a variety of acts ranging from solos to duets and small ensembles, as well as spoken monologues.
All performances will be songs from larger, well-known musicals. Students will perform music from famous shows such as “Les Miserables,” “Waitress,” “Anything Goes,” “Phantom of the Opera,” “Annie,” “Monty Python’s Spamalot,” “RENT,” “Jesus Christ Superstar,” and more.
The show will also feature select monologues from a play called “Most Likely To: The Senior Superlative Monologues,” which chronicles the stories of several high school seniors who were voted to their yearbook’s “Most Likely To” categories.
