Mrs. Jaclyn Countryman

A Little About ME!

  • My name is Jaclyn (Stovall) Countryman, and I am so excited to be your student’s 3rd grade teacher for the 2022-2023 school year!
  • This is my 14th year of teaching, but my 2nd year teaching in the Whitesboro School District! 😊
  • I live in Deerfield, NY with my husband, Kevin (also a 2004 W’boro Grad), and our 3 ½ year old son, Carson
  • My sister, Jessica (Stovall) Hamilton, teaches 6th grade Science at the Parkway Middle School!

My Education:

I grew up in Schuyler, NY and went to Deerfield Elementary! I graduated from Whitesboro High School in 2004 and went on to obtain my Bachelors Degree in Elementary Education, with a minor in Biology, from Elmira College. In 2009, I was hired as a 5th grade teacher in the Waterville Central School District and taught 5th grade there for 12 years!! I have my Masters Degree in Biology from Western Governor’s University and have many certifications in Educational Technology as well! I had a wonderful experience teaching in Waterville, but I couldn’t be more excited to be “home” to teach in the Whitesboro School District!
