It’s Raining Gold, Silver and Honorable Mentions in the Scholastics Arts Competition
Gold, Silver and Honorable Mentions are shining for Whitesboro Middle and High School students in the regional Scholastics Arts Competition. Over 4100 pieces were submitted in this year’s competition. The Gold Key pieces will be judged at the National Level. We want to acknowledge all of the students that took the time, applied their talents and showed great effort to create the pieces.
The students’ accomplishments listed below would not have been possible without your support and efforts. Their recognition is a credit to our outstanding students, parents, faculty, department, administration, Board of Education and the community as a whole. Thank you to our department members that volunteered on the Judging and Setup Day for the Art Show at Onondaga Community College. The Award Ceremony was on January 17th. The work will be displayed at O.C.C. through the first week of March. We are proud of the success all of our students show throughout our K-12 Program. The Gold Key pieces will now go on to the National judging.
