Community Eligibility Provision (CEP)

The Whitesboro Central School District has been approved to continue to operate both the School Breakfast Program (SBP) and National School Lunch Program (NSLP) under the Community Eligibility Program (CEP), which means all students enrolled within the district can receive breakfast and lunch meals at no charge for the 2024-2025 school year! 

Families with children of the district do not need to fill out a new 2024-2025 household income eligibility form but are encouraged to do so for accurate State and Federal data reporting to ensure correct funding to the district.  If you are interested in submitting a form, please click below on the CEP household income eligibility form tab to access the form.  Once completed, please submit the completed form to:

Forms are also available at each school building’s main office.  Applications are accepted throughout the school year.
