Physicals

Physical exams are mandated by New York state for all new entrants and students entering grades Pre-K or K, 1, 3, 5, 7, 9 and 11. If a student has a physical completed by a family doctor, please submit the physician’s report to the school nurse at the beginning of the semester. If a physical is not sent in, a physical will be done at school by the school nurse practitioner.
