Kindergarten Registration

The Whitesboro Central School District's Kindergarten Registration for the 2026-2027 school year will be held from 9:00 a.m.- 5:30 p.m. on the following dates:

  • Monday, January 26, 2026 - Marcy Elementary
  • Tuesday, January 27, 2026 - Hart’s Hill Elementary
  • Wednesday, January 28, 2026 - Deerfield Elementary
  • Thursday, January 29, 2026 - Westmoreland Road Elementary

To be eligible to enter Kindergarten in September 2026, a child must be 5 years of age on or before December 1, 2026 and must reside in the Whitesboro Central School District.

You must bring the following to register:

  • Proof of age (birth certificate)
  • Proof of residency, including three (3) of the following items:
    • National Grid
    • Telephone Bill
    • Current NYS driver’s license
    • Oil/propane delivery bill
    • Cable bill
    • Insurance bill
    • Paystub

Immunization records must be presented at the time of registration. If you have a child who will be eligible to enter Kindergarten in September 2026, or know of someone who has a child who will be eligible, please call your school office for a registration packet to be mailed out to you.
