On October 26, 2022, students of Westmoreland Elementary School gathered for a Halloween parade. Students, parents and teachers alike watched the parade dressed in festive costumes. Students also took part in Trunk or Treat, hosted by the Elementary School staff. Trunk or Treat consisted of students trick or treating from one decorated vehicle to the next on school grounds.
