6/22/2023 - Eighth Grade Advancement

On June 22, the Eighth Grade Advancement Ceremony was held in the high school gymnasium to recognize students who completed their middle school education.

During the ceremony, students advanced through the processional and recited the Pledge of Allegiance and “The Star-Spangled Banner,” the band and choir performed special song selections and the ceremony concluded with the recessional. Remarks from Middle School Principal Mr. Egrisits were also given during the ceremony to commemorate the students’ hard work. Following the advancement ceremony, students and parents celebrated their successes in the high school “pit.”

The Whitesboro Central School District is extremely proud of the students that partook in the Eighth Grade Advancement Ceremony and wishes them all the best in the coming years!
