5/29/24 - Westmoreland Road Elementary Raises Money for American Cancer Society

On May 29, the Westmoreland Road Elementary School community came together to raise funds for the American Cancer Society. The entire school community was challenged to wear purple during an all-day Relay for Life to show their passion and ongoing support for the American Cancer Society. Their recent collection has just surpassed the $1,000 donation mark at the elementary school, due to the efforts and generosity of the entire school community. This important relay has been a tradition at the elementary school for more than 22 years.
