Parents/Guardians should utilize this form to request assistance with instructional technology including student Google account sign-in or password problems and issues with district-assigned devices.
When this form is submitted, a ticket is created in our electronic Help Desk system. A technician will review the issue and respond via the email address you provide. In the event that more information is required, the technician may request this information from you via email.
If reporting an issue with a district-assigned device, please include the Whitesboro CSD Technology Department asset ID number found on the silver barcode tag affixed to the device.
Please be advised that we cannot provide support for hardware or software problems on personally-owned computers or other devices.
