Boys Ice Hockey Seniors Give Back to Marcy Elementary School Students

On December 19, the tradition continued as the seniors on the Whitesboro varsity boys ice hockey team visited Marcy Elementary School to celebrate Christmas with some of the younger students.
The boys shopped for each child, getting them an item from their list. Students got to share the magic with these players, all while opening presents and reading holiday stories. The hockey players read books such as “Jingle Bells.” Afterward, the seniors played with the children and their toys.
Our team looks forward to keeping the tradition alive next year and seeing the excited faces of more elementary school students.
