Deerfield Back to School Night

On September 9, Deerfield Elementary School held its Back to School Night for parents and guardians, who were invited to visit their children’s classrooms, meet their teachers and meet their principal, Ms. McGowan.
Classroom teachers gave presentations that included an overview of the school day, grade-level curriculum and classroom procedures. Parents and guardians also had the opportunity to meet with special area teachers and support staff.
It was an informative evening for parents and guardians to learn more about their children’s day-to-day at school and what to expect for the 2024-25 school year.
