Varsity Football Team Holds Pop Warner Night

On September 27, the Whitesboro varsity football team held a Pop Warner night prior to the team’s home game against Central Square.
Before the game began, the Pop Warner football players from the Marcy-Deerfield and Whitestown teams lined up and made a “tunnel” for the varsity players to run through as they gave the Pop Warner players high fives. It was a fun way to get the younger players involved in the football program and bring the local football community together.
The Whitesboro varsity football team went on to earn a victory over Central Square with a score of 68-32.
