Class of 2022 Moves Up to High School

The Whitesboro Middle School 8th Grade Moving Up Ceremony took place on June 21 in the gym at the high school. One by one, each of the eighth grade students making up the Class of 2022 walked across the stage in front of hundreds of family members and friends to receive their promotion certificate.

Middle School Campus Principal Mr. John Egresits welcomed everyone to the ceremony, while Whitesboro Central School District Superintendent Dr. Brian K. Bellair offered a few words of encouragement.  8th grader

Select members of the 8th Grade Chorus performed, as did the 8th Grade Band.

After the ceremony, there was a dance in the “Pit” at the high school for the new ninth grade students - - their very first school function as high school students.

Congratulations to the Class of 2022 on “moving up” to the high school, and best of luck in the ninth grade and beyond!
