IT Support for Parents/Guardians
The Information and Instructional Technology Department has created forms for parents/guardians to utilize to request assistance with instructional technology, including student Google account sign-in or password problems and issues with district-assigned devices.
When a form is submitted, a ticket is created in our electronic Help Desk system. A technician will review the issue and respond via the email address you provide. In the event that more information is required, the technician may request this information from you via email.
