What To Do If Your Child is Experiencing Technological Issues During Remote Learning
If your child is participating in 100% remote learning or is on a remote cohort day (a day that your child is not at school for in-person learning) and they experience broadband or connection issues when attempting to video conference via Zoom and/or Google Meet, please have them check their teacher’s Google Classroom page for lessons, materials, and directions. Although we hope to not experience any issues with video conferencing quality, it is possible that they may occur. Please also communicate with your child's teacher if your child experiences any connection issues.
To request assistance with instructional technology including Google account sign-in, password problems, or issues with district-assigned devices, assistance can be requested via the Parent/Guardian IT Support form. Information Technology Department technicians will review and respond to your concern as quickly as possible.
